Be safe with felyx

Being on the road regularly in your day-to-day life, we want to make sure you’re safe and riding responsibly.

Safety built-in

How to ride

To make sure you are familiar with the vehicle and know how to ride in the safest way, we show you the way with our tutorial videos and a how to ride slider in the app. Both are shown to our riders right after completing their registration.

Maintenance and inspection

Our e-mopeds are inspected every 2 to 3 days during each battery swap and regularly maintained by our in-house repair shops and trained mechanics to ensure a safe ride.

Damage reporting

Our app offers a damage overview per vehicle. A reporting function is shown when starting and ending a ride. It is also possible to report this via the support team. Enabling our riders to spot unmarked damage and report new ones. When damage might result in an unsafe situation, the vehicle is automatically taken offline, and a repair will be scheduled as soon as possible.

Full-depletion protection

It’s important to stay mobile in traffic and be able to respond if something happens. Therefore, we automatically take nearly depleted mopeds offline.

24/7 support

We are always here to help and answer any questions you may have within minutes.

Drive responsively

Always wear a helmet

You will find two safety-approved helmets that are ready to wear in our top case. Easily adjustable and fitting most head sizes. For additional hygiene, they come with a single-use hygiene hair net and are disinfected regularly. Comfortable, clean, and safe.

Follow local regulations

We urge all riders to obey the local traffic regulations when riding across the city. Always watch commuters around you and be mindful of your surroundings. You can always contact our support team with questions about local regulations.

Stay off the bike lane

All our e-mopeds with a yellow license aren’t allowed on bike lanes unless explicitly signed. Blue license plate mopeds may be allowed on the bike lane, depending on the city. Please follow the signs and wear a helmet if you ride on the road.
