We make sure the batteries are charged. Each felyx is equipped with a smartphone-holder and two USB-ports. Therefore, you can always use handsfree navigation and arrive at your destination with a charged smartphone.

Park & Deactivate

Park the felyx scooter for free and deactivate with the app.

Once you have arrived at your destination, you can easily park the felyx scooter at a suitable location. You can end your reservation with the app when you are parked correctly within the service area. After your ride you can use the app to get trip information and see invoices.

Service area

In Haarlem, the service area covers most of the city center. The boundaries of the service area are indicated by the green lines and only within these green marked areas is it possible to activate and deactivate an e-scooter.

Rides between Haarlem and Amsterdam

Note! In Haarlem we offer both 45km/h and 25km/h e-scooters. You can recognize a 45km/h e-scooter by the red sign in the app. You are only allowed to ride with an 45km/h e-scooter to Amsterdam and not with a 25km/h e-scooter. This is due to the strict rules in Amsterdam regarding the usage of helmets on scooters. We do not offer helmets on 25km/h e-scooters.
